Career centers will have two options available to your students and alumni to initiate the careerandtalenthub solution

Your career center can offer solutions that will advance the careers of your students and alumni
at no cost or obligation to the career center or users. Students and alumni will engage references and create a report with recommendations that will get the recruiter's attention.

Option 1: career
andtalenthub will create a URL link for your career center

When this link is available on your career center webpage, one click on the link and students and alumni will initiate the process to engage references and obtain recommendations without involving career counselors.

Option 2: Direct interaction with clients individually or in groups

When logged into your account with us, click “Create Request” and enter the student’s or alumni’s name, email address, and cell phone number. Students and alumni will receive both email and text notifications as their ERC progresses.

If you wish to reach a number of students and alumni, bulk emails can be generated in one step after uploading names, phone numbers and email addresses from a spreadsheet. The text and email that is sent to students and alumni will include instructions for users to begin the process and engage references.

After receiving the text and email, students and alumni will engage references at no cost. The E-Reference Check report created for students and alumni will be available in their account and on their phone and can be used for employment opportunities in the future. Students and alumni can add additional references as they gain experience.

No further action is required by your career center but you will have the ability to monitor the progress of E-Reference Checks created by students and alumni from your career
andtalenthub account. You have the option to actively manage students and alumni in your account with searchable fields. Only the first E-Reference Check report created by students and alumni will be available in your account and can be reviewed with students and alumni or forwarded to a potential employer.
