How are you going to get the recruiter's attention? Use your E-Reference Check

Plan of Action - Plan to succeed

It takes less than five minutes for a recruiter to determine if a resume is strong enough to push a candidate to the next stage in the hiring process. Your future can be determined in the time it takes for a traffic light to change color.

  • Take the initiative and take advantage of the time you have to impress the recruiter. Utilize our E-Reference Check (ERC) (Link) process and make the most of those five minutes.

  • Many people are stuck in the job search rut. Our ERC will be part of your personal marketing plan and will help you promote yourself to a new employer and get the recruiter’s attention.

  • Contact current and former supervisors, managers, coworkers, etc. and notify them that you are seeking employment and that you would like to use them as a reference.

  • Create a list of achievements; what have you done for your prior employers that will impress a new employer?
