Helping your clients get to the front of the employment line!

There is no cost to the client when they initiate the ERC process. The client can access their ERC report anytime in the future without cost or obligation.

Our process will instill the importance of creating positive experiences and relationships with those who can confirm and expound on those experiences. Freshman can utilize the ERC and reach out to employers, volunteering opportunities, mentors and professors and submit the report that is created to scholarship and internship opportunities. Juniors and seniors can reach out to internship coordinators and supervisors to capture that experience and additional employment experiences and create a report that can be submitted when applying after college.

The client’s E-Reference Check (ERC) report will be stored electronically in their account with careerandtalenthuband will be available on their phone, tablet or computer for their future use. Clients can include their report when:

  • Applying for a job online, by mail, email, fax or in person
  • Attending job fairs and submitting resumes
  • Submitting an employment application or resume to a job board or similar service
  • Meeting with a recruiter or hiring manager

Every E-Reference Check report will include a unique link similar to the one listed below. This link can be included in a resume, employment application, even when applying for a job online or in an email to a recruiter. Just one click and the employer can view your references.
