Career centers will have two options available to your clients to initiate the careerandtalenthub solution
Your career center can offer solutions that will advance your client's career at no cost or obligation to you or your clients. Clients will engage references and create a report with recommendations that will get the recruiter's attention.
Option 1: careerandtalenthub will create a URL link for your career center
When this link is available on your career center webpage, one click on the link and your clients will initiate the process to engage references and obtain recommendations without involving career counselors.
Option 2: Direct interaction with clients individually or in groups
When logged into your account with us, click “Create Request” and enter the client’s name, email address, and cell phone number. Clients will receive both email and text notifications as their ERC progresses.
If you wish to reach a number of clients, bulk emails can be generated in one step after uploading email addresses from a spreadsheet. The text and email that is sent to a client will include instructions for the client to begin the process and engage references.
After receiving the text and email, the client will engage references at no cost. The E-Reference Check report created for the client will be available in their account and can be used for employment opportunities in the future. The client can add additional references as they gain experience.
No further action is required by your career center but you will have the ability to monitor the progress of a client’s E-Reference Check from your careerandtalenthub account. You have the option to actively manage the clients in your account with searchable fields. Only the first E-Reference Check report created by a client will be available in your account and can be reviewed with a client or forwarded to a potential employer.
